Compliance Officer

Job Descriptions
  •  Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
  • Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
  •  Designs, schedules, conducts system and individual patient tracers or quality review audits as appropriate to the facility or service.
  •  Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
  •  Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the executive management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
  •  Institutes and maintains an effective compliance communication program for the organization.
  •  Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
  •  Other duties if required
Requirements
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous on compliance experience in a Vietnamese healthcare setting required.
  • Progressively responsible experience in a healthcare organization. Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations
  • Training and excellent presentation experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
