Notes for your visit:
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete registration and/or provide samples for laboratory tests.
- If you cannot arrive on time, please inform us as early as possible via 024 3577 1100.
- Arriving early helps the hospital arrange appointments efficiently and reduce waiting time.
Consultation process
1. Check-in at Reception:
Visit the Reception Desk at the Outpatient Clinic (1st Floor – Building A) or the Information Desk (1st Floor – Building B).
The receptionist will confirm your appointment and guide you to the appropriate specialty department.
2. Consultation and payment:
Consultation fees are paid after the doctor has examined and advised you.
3. Medication:
Purchase prescribed medication at the Pharmacy Counter – 1st Floor, Building A.
4. Insurance procedures (if applicable):
The Insurance Guarantee Office will assist you with all required insurance procedures.
