Terms and Conditions of the program

I.ELIGIBILITY 

The program is applicable to families with from two generations as customers of HFH.

and

Customers who have been loyal to HFH for 20 years or more.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the registration form to qualify for participation in the program. After receiving the registration from the customer, HFH will verify the information and confirm via SMS if the customer meets the eligibility criteria to participate.

II.PROMOTION OFFER 

Families successfully enrolled in the program will receive the following benefits: 

Each successful registrar will be given 03 Vouchers to use at Hanoi French Hospital. When customers use the Voucher at the hospital, they will receive the following benefits:

-Free consultation with general practitioners, specialists when Customers schedule the appointment in advance. One voucher will be used per consultation. This offer is not applicable for emergency examinations.

-A 20% discount is offered for the following services: laboratory testing fees, imaging diagnostics, hospital bed charges, surgeries, procedures.

-Notes: 

(*) Families with multiple members registering for the program will only receive 03 vouchers per family. 

(*) The voucher is only valid for Customers whose information matches the registration details. 

(*) The voucher is non-redeemable for cash and non -transferable. 

(*) The voucher is valid for a single transaction only.

(*) The voucher is only valid when stamped and signed. 

(*) Validity Period: The offers are valid for three months, from June 25, 2024, to end of September 25, 2024. 

(*) This benefit cannot be used in combination with any other discount

(*) In all matters related to the program, HFH's decision is final.

III.PROGRAM REGISTRATION 

-Eligible customers can register for the program at a registration link. Registration time: June 6, 2024 to 23:59 July 7, 2024

-Successfully registered customers will receive vouchers via postal mail.

-Customers should contact the hotline 024.35771100 to schedule an appointment and present the voucher at the cashier's desk during payment to avail the benefits.
