Quality Manager

Job Descriptions
  • Provide direction, leadership and coordination in all areas involving quality / risk management and patient safety.
  • Develops strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout the hospital and works with staff to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Manage, coordinate, review the implementation of the quality improvement and performance improvement plan.
  • Reviews quality standards and existing hospital policies and procedures, and interviews hospital personnel and patients to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement program.
  • Actively supports and participates in quality improvement projects, quality and safety-related activities, department/committee meetings, programs and other activities related to the identified managerial structures, processes and outcomes.
  • Recommends quality improvement tools and techniques to be used in measuring the hospital's quality performance and variations; and solving quality related problems.
  • Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the executive management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.

  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous Quality/Risk Management experience in a Vietnamese healthcare setting required.
  • Experience in ISO Accreditation / Re-Accreditation, in JCI Accreditation / Re-Accreditation in a Vietnamese healthcare setting required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
