Tôi rất cảm ơn các bác sĩ, y tá, hộ lý của Bệnh viện đã rất tận tình, chu đáo giúp đỡ, chăm sóc, điều trị bệnh cho tôi (bệnh u xơ tuyến tiền liệt) trong thời gian tôi nằm viện (5 ngày).
Tôi đặc biệt cảm ơn BS. Võ Văn Quý người đã trực tiếp khám và mổ cho tôi. Đó là một bác sĩ có chuyên môn giỏi, tận tình, chu đáo. Tôi cũng rất cảm ơn bác sĩ gây mê và kíp mổ hôm đó vì những gì họ đã làm cho tôi (tư vấn để lựa chọn phương án tốt nhất và trực tiếp thực hiện làm cho tôi rất yên tâm)
Bệnh viện cũng có đội ngũ chăm sóc (y tá, hộ lý) rất tận tình, chu đáo. Điều này vô cùng quan trọng với chúng tôi – những bệnh nhân sau khi phẫu thuật.
Tôi cũng in chân thành cảm ơn GS. Võ Văn Bản, Phó TGĐ đã rất chu đáo quan tâm đến tôi.
Chỉ mong Bệnh viện sớm hoàn thành khu mới để có điều kiện cơ sở vật chất tốt hơn.

I would like to relay my experiences as a patient at your hospital, Hanoi French Hospital in early May 2018. Normally we always make a huge effort to complain about poor service, but in this case I would like to make a huge effort to congratulate you on the outstanding service, help a support I was provided at your hospital.
I think that the nursing and support staff in any hospital is critical to the success of that institution, and I was/am very impressed by the competence, the quality of care, the professionalism that all your nursing and support staff displayed with whom I interacted. It was also apparent that they cared about my wellbeing, and that they made an effort to understand and converse in my language. I am sorry that I have no Vietnamese!
Furthermore, my cardiologist, Dr. Hieu was highly professional, very competent and cured my problem within a very short time. I felt completely safe with him.
I would recommend your hospital, without hesitation to anyone who needs health care in Hanoi. You should be very proud of your hospital.

Suny and Nghi provide excellent care to my brother. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They went above their responsibilities to provide excellent quality care.
Nghi performed excellent in arranging my brother medications and supplies to go home.
The professionalism and caring attitude made me more comfortable in an emergency situation for our family.
While I did not get to visit your beautiful country, your hospital provided a look at the heart of your people. I hope to visit again to learn more.
