French Embassy partners with HFH for COVID-19 vaccination French Community in Northern Vietnam

This and next week, the French Embassy organizes a COVID-19 vaccination campaign for French residents in Vietnam and their spouses, as well as French and local staff members of the French Embassy & related organizations and their spouses.

The Embassy chose to collaborate with Hanoi French Hospital for the vaccination of some 1.500 French residents living and working in the northern Vietnam as well as many local staff and family members.

The vaccine transferred to Vietnam for this vaccination campaign is mRNA, produced by Moderna. All eligible people were able to register electronically for their appointment and fill out all required information on-line, fully compliant with MOH and CDC guidelines. It is estimated that HFH will vaccinate some 250 people per day. The second dose will be administered by the end of August.
