Nosocomial or hospital acquired infections are one of the most feared and costly complications that can affect hospitalized patients worldwide. They are responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Fortunately most nosocomial infections can be avoided by simple and effective methods.
Dr Nicole Marty is a Professor in Hospital Hygiene from the Faculty of Medicine, Toulouse, France and the President of the Infection Prevention and Control Committee of French health care institution. She brings with her extensive knowledge and expertise in this field she has pioneered since 1988.
Professor Marty is the founder of the Department of Hospital Hygiene of the French Society of Microbiology and has advocated for Hospital Hygiene and Infection Prevention and Control through numerous peer reviewed publications and Conferences.
We have the honor to host Prof. Marty at the French Hospital Hanoi where she will be conducting a seminar in Hospital Hygiene and prevention of hospital acquired infections on
