My experience at Hanoi French hospital has been excellent. With only being in Hanoi 2 weeks and sustaining an injury I was already feeling overwhelmed. The professionalism that the staff handled my situation was something I’d really like to commend them on. The team were on the ball and helpful in every single way. Could have not asked for a better experience and I’m pleased with the overall outcome.

The surgeon – Dr. Alain Fauvy was excellent in explaining my problem and executing the surgery.              

The nurses are on the ball and friendly. Always made me feel comfortable especially after surgery. Well done.               

Unfortunately, I cannot remember the staff members names. They were all in your administration team. The way they handled and understood my case was great and couldn’t be more great full.

All departments deserve credit as this hospital is very well run.
