During the process of using medical services at HFH from Feb 22 to Mar 2, 2022, I had some experience with satisfaction as follows:
1. HFH collects pregnant women who are F0
I originally bought a 36-week maternity package at a private hospital, but on the due date of Feb 22, I had a positive PCR test result. Private hospitals at that time did not collect F0 pregnant women and transferred us to Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology facility was overloaded with F0 pregnant women. My friend had childbirth in HFH two or three weeks ago gave me the number of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology to contact. My family feels very lucky because while we were canceled the contract on the day I was due to give birth, we still found a reputable private medical facility to accept F0 pregnant women.
Thank you, Ms. Kim Dung (although I have not been able to meet her in person) and Dr.Thu, head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. Dr. Thu also correctly calculated my due date as Feb 24, not Feb 22.

Ms. Kim Dung contacted me after my call to Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. Until the day I was admitted to the hospital for delivery. Ms. Kim Dung is the only focal point atHFH that I can contact and always receive the most enthusiastic support. I am really appreciative it!
3. The delivery team: midwives Ngoc Anh, Duyen, and Doctor Nghi
The agile, gentle and efficient team helped me successfully give birth to a healthy baby. I should have given the team 10 points.
4. Delicious hot meals
The food at the hospital was delicious and fit my taste.
5. Breastmilk expert Ms. Men with knowledge of baby care and breastfeeding which is extremely useful. I wish I had met Ms. Men earlier from the first hours after childbirth so that I could review the correct breastfeeding position for mom and baby. This is my 3rdchildbirth, I thought I had a lot of experience, but in fact, after 5 years, my knowledge and experience of taking care of a newborn baby and breastfeeding my baby deteriorated a lot. If I could meet a breastmilk specialist like Ms. Men from the first hours after giving birth for being guided on the correct breastfeeding position, I would not have cracked nipples due to improper breastfeeding.
A small breastfeeding manual for mothers after childbirth from HFH will also be an invaluable gift for mothers.
