Though L’Hopital Francais de Hanoi readily welcomes walk-in clients, we highly recommend that you make an appointment at least one day in advance to ensure the doctor’s availability as well as to minimize your waiting time.

Working time:

From Monday to Friday:
- Morning: 8:30am - 12:00am
- Afternoon: 01:30pm - 5:30pm
On Saturday: 8:30am - 12:00am

In case of emergency, please seek consultation at the Emergency Department (A&E) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the hotline: 84-4-35 74 11 11. If required, specialists on duty or on call will attend the patient.

On the day of your appointment, you are advised to arrive at the hospital five or ten minutes earlier as you may be required to complete some documentation or provide a specimen for testing.

Coming ahead of schedule allows our staff to minimize waiting time for all patients and to achieve maximum efficiency elsewhere.

If you can not attend your appointment for any reason, please contact the Appointment Department a minimum of 8 hours prior your scheduled appointment.
